It is r
Its instantly available and I'm sure it can pack a wicked punch.
It is interchangeable with all my different caps and especially my Vietnam veteran commemorative caps.
In fact I purchased a second item of the same choice so I don't have to switch the weight from one hat to another so often.
It also gives me a little confidence boost!

Weight is constructed well and fits securely on hat. The only time i really feel it on the cap is when you take your hat off.
